I think we need to get away from CEO and Management worship mentality. We have big problems with abuses of authority.

Just because you’ve worked somewhere for a long time, or you went to a certain school, doesn’t give you license to devalidate others. You’re creating the rules of the argument without understanding what the argument is about.
