Mom (59F) working 3rd shift first time in 30 years, how do I tell her the money isn’t worth the lifestyle difference?

My fantastic, loving mom took a new job with a pay increase, but the hours are 10:30PM-6:30AM. She had a normal 9-5 for the last 2 decades, even though I told her we can compensate her whatever her job is paying her for her to retire now until her benefits kick in, she likes the social aspect of being at work, I understand that. I just feel she will still be on her phone and bullshitting through the day not sleeping. How did some of you make that transition?
