Im so fucking tired of my job. When they weren't paying me, I found a job and put my notice in. They gave me a raise to stay, and I took it(I know, I know).
I've been sitting there at about 2 dollars over local competitors for 2 years now. No more raises. There's positions to be had, but they promote the top first. Frustrating as hell.
The other day I get a lead, a call back on what could've been a sweet gig. Fell through after the interview and piss test. They want me to go get an eye exam 3 months after my current one. Will they pay for it? Of course not. I can barely get by with my 75 dollars of spending money a week.
Indeed is useless. Everything is 16-18/hr on there, the 22/hr jobs require college.
I guess I'm just stuck.
