So my job is mostly hands on but a small aspect requires everyone to know how to use a computer and write. I’m the only one in my job that knows how to use a computer and write complete sentences. I tried teaching my coworkers but they just don’t understand so I just do my own work cause it’s a lot of typing for each person and they have the nerve to be rude when I don’t type when they want me too
Recently my boss has noticed no one was charting except me so now she wants me to do everyone’s charting. I must do it throughout the day too.
Every single day for morning and night shift for every coworker. Didn’t even attempt to do it because she wants me to add a lot of detail to make everyone “look better” and I simply forget since there’s so much ppl
I might get yelled at when she sees me but fuck it. Is she being unreasonable or and I just being lazy
