There was a post about hiring here, and as a previous manager, I made a comment about how with was difficult on both sides to hire, as an employee to get hired and an employer to hire. I was merely stating my experience. Next thing I know, I'm being attacked in the comments and harassed in my DMs saying things like “you are the problem.” “You fucked your employees over.” “Go back to your dead end job.”
BRUH
- I don't even work for the company anymore.
- I didn't own the company. I was hired as a manager because of my experience in the field.
- I was very micromanaged in my position as it was a corporate chain.
- I never once defending the policies of the company, I only stated what was happening while trying to hire.
Your toxicity and ignorance are getting you, and this movement nowhere.
Not one of them asked any real questions to gain insight, merely attacked and pointed fingers.
Very disappointed in some people on this sub. Get your head out of your asses and your egos in check.
