I work as a CSR for a national call center where we offer a product and service. now to offer this product and service you have to get scheduled for an in-shop or mobile service appointment just like you would with say a plumber, electrician, etc. I had to deal with a boomer couple that couldn't stop talking about going on vacation and said they needed this service done via mobile however…
1.) due to circumstances we don't offer mobile services in this specific scenario.
2.) they are very vague of where the location is making it hard to work with.
Eventually I get them to agree to come in shop, now I don't know if anyone has had to deal with booking a services but 9 times out of 10 they're booked out day(s), week(s) in advance. This couple got incredibly angry saying we offer and I quote “lousy services” because our first appointment available was 4 days out and proceeded to tell me to forget it and that I personally ruined their vacation/trip. I just don't get these boomer they're the most obnoxious, inconsiderate, self entitled people I have ever met sorry you're not the only people on this planet and sorry there are people ahead of you that also need this service done. rant over.
