I don’t need “team building events” or free lunches

I’m not interested in hanging out with people at my job. I want to earn enough money and get good benefits, so take the money you would be spending on dinners and other bullshit and increase my salary. All the other extracurricular crap could be dispensed with for a bump in pay, along with decent hours and benefits and a reasonable schedule.
