just got a text from my boss this morning after being out sick for 2 days with a stomach bug that he gave me last week. “this isn’t going to work out, i’ll cover your shifts”

he was a complete dick to me yesterday when i told him i wasn’t going to make it in. i had never called out before. never had an issues with me before this. what do i do now? i’m in ME, which isn’t an at-will state.
