Those who have invoiced potential employer for wasting you time during the interview process did you actually get anything?

As the title states who has invoiced a potential employer for time wasted (weather it's because they lead you on, never showed, ECT) and what were the end results? Did you get money billed? Did you have to get lawyers involved, collections ?
