Living in Texas, working in a job with salary + bonus. We just received the bonus plan for 2022. It’s a substantial change & could quite possibly cause a reduction from previous year. Working 1st half of year thinking I was under one plan, where can I find out if changing half way through the year is actually legal? Not seeing relevant info in Texas Workforce Commission site
