Tomorrow I’ll be in a meeting with my District Manager telling my boss he has to hire the man who harassed me back.

My boss was livid when I first told him how my co worker waited till he was on vacation to start repeatedly asking me for drinks and different severely inappropriate questions no matter how many times I told him to stop. He’s one of the rare managers that was right by my side and made sure to report it immediately, took him off shift with me and suspended him till the investigation was done. Well the investigation finished, and HR said “he was inappropriate but he didn’t technically harass me in their standards so he’s welcome back” I’m fuckin livid. I don’t know if the DM is waiting for her one on one or if they told him today. So since they wanna play that way I told my 2 coworkers I trained what happened, and both had agreed that don’t want to work with a creep, so they will…

Got 2 interviews lined up but there’s no way I’m staying passed tomorrow, so let’s see how that all plays out.
