Due to bosses having infantile personalities.
I regularly order a niche product from one of the biggest sellers in this country, even though they are the biggest the boss does alot of the work there.
The first time he sent me bunk product early on in his venture he was apologetic and more than made up for it.
Recently he sent me more bunk product, I let him know and he immediately got defensive saying 'I personaly made that order myself', so basicaly his first response is to call me a liar.
So because he done it himself he couldn't of screwed it up in his head even though this is my 4th order and it's the second time hes screwed it up.
I can only find out the product is bunk after I process it which means I have already put time and resources into using it.
I explained the situation and in the end he asked for my details for a refund.
I dont even want a refund, he can produce the product without any extra effort in a way that I know it's not bunk before I process it.
This is what I've asked of him on watsapp but I guess hes in no rush to get back to me.
Luckily I've found a competitor so I wont be using that idiot again.
