I have seen a few job offers with “unlimited PTO” and am wondering what others think of this concept. To me, it seems like a way to make sure you are available to work 24/7 365, but that could be because I am cynical. Does anyone have experience with a company that offered unlimited PTO, and, if so, was your experience good or bad? Thanks for your help!
