So I work in an office as a sales assistant. Everything I do can be done from home without any issue. We communicate via teams even when we are only a few offices apart so it's not like in-person communication is necessary. A few of the Sales team get to work from home more than they are in office but they have been there for 10-25 years. What can I say to my boss to convince him that I can work from home?
