Food service job does not respect my time outside of work hours

I am a full-time student working 35-37 hours a week as a shift lead. For context of the quality of the job is subpar. I don’t have any benefits and my base pay is 9 an hour (dollar more that my coworkers below me). My managers message the shift leads on a message site like Groupme. We get about 3-8 messages a day just in all on that app. Messages consist of our goals for the day, things we need to work on, reiterating roles and standards, and overall just touching base with all of the employees at once. As a shift lead, we get bonus corrections and messages over text from our manager (who notoriously sucks at his job btw) and often this texts are smart ass comments. Either way, I get paid by the hour. Do not message me unless it’s truly relevant and urgent. Period.
