I see so many posts here (whether real or not) of people writing long essay style e-mails and text messages to managers and HR types when they are quitting their work.
My friends, you need to learn to be more ruthless. Pointing out all of the flaws in a workplace before you leave will only help the people who made your life so hard.
Quit politely and professionally, and don’t waste your energy. I know you think a scathing review will be cathartic for you and make those bastards rethink their existences but you’re wasting your time.
The greatest revenge is simply quitting and finding a better position for yourself.
In the same way they might fire you cold bloodedly and never think about you again, you should quit in the same way.
It’s just business people.
