Risk vs Reward : reporting your employer to the Labor Board for an open and shut case

TL;DR: scared of fallout for reporting an employer I like but also really into the repercussions of reporting them and idk what to do. Basically, like so many, my employer told us we can’t discuss wages, but they did it in writing and then the whole company had to sign it. So, open and shut (confirmed by my regional office). But there is a very likely chance they will find out my name or that I’m who submitted it, and that they will feel betrayed (it’s stupid I’m a dumb simp I know I just care about how people feel). I’m also concerned about living in an at-will state and being terminated at some point after for anything – do I want to work under that pressure and stress? I see the risks as: not being anonymous, being fired, hurting people I care about and also a close family member…

I see the risks as: not being anonymous, being fired, hurting people I care about and also a close family member also works with me which is a lede I accidentally buried. So, I just don’t want my stuff to overlap or interfere with their stuff in any way, I just want the company to treat everyone fairly and be better.

I see the rewards as: if everything plays out well, they not only have to retract and reissue the policy in writing, they have to acknowledge wrongdoing and also send a company wide email or message explaining workers rights (including education on unionizing, concerted organization, etc) which sounds like something I would very much enjoy and also something that I think they should do.

Alternatively, if I tell them directly about the law, they’ll just change it and keep it quiet. It’s only right that people know.

So, does anyone have experience with this? How did it play out?
