Sad Story From The Third World

There are a few things that I would like to put on the table first, English is not my native language, I'm from Latin America, and I work for an “American” enterprise. I'm writing this because I would like to vent out some of the harsh feelings I have for my job, I work 48 hours a week (Monday-Saturday), I'm expected to always be a top performer, but due the nature of my job top performance is rather a game of luck, I do the same job that a US citizen does and I get paid 2.7$ the hour and the sad thing is that my country takes around 40% of my wage on taxes. I only get a 30 min lunch, we only have a microwave for 50 persons on site and we are expected to punch out right on time to go out and heat our food and…

They always talk on mental health, rights, pride but as many companies they are hypocrites, they don't even care about us. We have no right to be sick, depressed or rest, just day in or day out.
