Anyone know anything about this for working from home? My husbands job just informed his entire training group that when they take bathroom breaks, the time taken will need to be taken out of their next breaks.
I didn't think stuff like that was really… Allowed? Is it maybe different for remote workers? His 15's (2) are paid and his lunch is unpaid. We're in Texas of it matters.
He unfortunately cannot leave this job for another 8 months or we will have to paid them back for paying for his lisence.
