Is it reasonable to want to quit my job due to their outdated and fragile IT system?

I’m a design engineer, 99% of my work is conducted on a computer (same with most people now I suppose) Reliable computers and solid IT infrastructure should be a no brainier in this industry. I have been here 6/7 months and have had a real issue with their outdated and fragile IT infrastructure and computer technology. They are using extremely laborious and outdated (design wise) software to operate the company; from logging every individual hour to saving/storing and accessing files. It’s a mess and a real strain on my life. I simply want to do my job and go home, not waste time with this atrocious mess. Am I mad for wanting to look elsewhere in order to negate this unnecessary stress from my life?
