if you hate your job… at least work on the beach

Hi there, my future employer allows me to work 100% remote and travel within the EU. But I also want to travel to Bali… how can I work there without letting them know? The main-problem I see is, if I get a call on my mobile phone there will be roaming coasts and a different dial tone, any tipps to solve this problem? Are any employees out there who already master this? keep working 😉
