Pregnant and forced to lift and climb. Is this even legal? USA

I work for a cannabis cultivation facility as a Horticulture Technician in R&D. I work Sunday-Thursday so I am off today. This morning I took a pregnancy test and YAY!!! I informed my supervisor and let him know I cannot work alone on Sunday (the only day I work alone) due to my situation. Normally I have to lift/carry/pull heavy things above 30lbs and climb ladders. I am considered a “geriatric pregnancy” and am not comfortable performing any task that pregnant women are advised against. My boss said I have to work alone. (WTF?). I emailed back, cc'd HR, to let him know I cannot perform such tasks anymore and that I need assistance. HR is now demanding a note from my doctor. I reached out to my doctor, but don't know if I can get any doctor form last minute since it's already Friday. My OBGYN appointment is not…

What rights do I have? What can I do? I refuse to be bullied into performing tasks that can hurt me and the baby. I have had 2 miscarriages in the past. And I am not the only one in my department who is on light duty (coworker has outside injury) and I'm not the only pregnant girl there.

Yes I am looking for another job.

TL;DR Work is making me do heavy lifting and climbing even though I am pregnant.
