Economic facts for negotiating pay

With raising inflation, insane gas costs, rising rent etc it would be helpful for a lot of us to have good resources with objective metrics to defend what a reasonable pay increase would be compared to, say, six months ago. I found a few articles but am always looking for more good sources, and I often find good info here on reddit–stuff like living wage expectations, inflation increases, etc. Anyone have any stats they'd like to share with those of us in the sub looking for good evidence to present bosses with? I'm in the US but any country's data is good to have as it is a largely global problem with unique struggles in different locations and fields. Thanks y'all! Maybe we can help each other to negotiate for better pay together.
