I have an honest answer but I know that is not what they are after – however dear internet I would appreciate your “suggestions” for this answer

My honest answer = is the “just keep swimming” approach – namely it helps distract me from a growing depression / despair of the foreseeable future / pending doom
= the ineptitude of this Bumbling Tory Government handling of cost of living (i'm not poor & can afford what i need for the foreseeable future, so long as i don't take any holidays & there are no unexpected payments bills)
= pending recession (rising inflation & future Austerity)
= the casually accepted retraction of basic human / workers rights
= on-going risk of Covid infections (i'm ignoring the fact i'm front end facing working in the healthcare sector)
