I have a bachelors degree but I feel stuck in customer service/retail because I have no references. And every professional job I apply for requires at least 2-3.
I’m not good at networking and mostly keep to myself when working. I never got to know any of my professors in college. My family doesn’t really know people either. I just can’t think of anyone that I could use or even feel comfortable asking. My last job was a flight attendant and I met tons of people, but they are usually very brief meetings so you never really get to know anyone.
