I know this because I am the hr. I disagree with all firing decisions. I have had to let multiple people go because the bullies of the company aren’t getting along with them. I have had to check myself in therapy trying to learn that I can’t save everyone and I have pick my battles wisely and ultimately lookout for myself first. I hate this so much. Work is supposed to be fair. Has anyone experienced this? What are ways to deal with bullies in the work place? Any advice would help.
