I know this isnt an ask subreddited but i feel like so many people on here are knowledgeable about workers rights
So i have to travel to different states to build things for my employer. We typically work 12 hr shifts. My co worker told me that he doesnt want to fight petty battles like getting 15 min breaks (we only take a 30 min paid lunch) because they don't actually have to pay us for the full travel only up to 8 hrs or something like that. The other question is are we entitled to those 15 min breaks? I live in NYS.
