While at the interview my boss was showing me around the shop while chatting a bit, at one point he said something like, “I think we should put in the extra effort without expecting to get extra money.” I thought my head was gonna explode. Of course that's what you want from your employees as a small business owner you stupid twat. Wanna guess why I'm interviewing for this job? It's for money dipshit. I was out in the blazing sun with a 105 heat index, completely soaked in sweat, working my ass off the other day wondering why this guy is so clueless. I guess when you've been rich for so long you just kinda lose touch with reality. How do you guys feel about this?
