I found an in between job with a toxic old man as my boss. He’s abusive and won’t pay overtime only straight time. He does whatever he wants because he owns the business and has no idea what the labor market is like anymore.

Anyway I found another job. One that I can support myself on. Nice friendly company that offers a livable wage and doesn’t exploit its workers. No abuse. No bullshit. I have one more day with this asshole tomorrow. How should I quit? I haven’t informed him I’m leaving yet
