Hi everyone, I hope I can borrow some of your collective wisdom by maybe giving me some advice on office culture? I only started a few weeks back as the IT guy and everything seems ok so far. But ofc as I've clearly seen on this sub, things don't stay nice for long. This kind of work environment is new to me so I just wanted some advice on what to look out for?
