Employer breaking labour laws?

I work at Tim hortons- it’s just a summer job in between university summer break. I’m hoping to use them as a professional reference for nursing/med school. Problem is, I think we’re being short changed on breaks. 5 hour shift= no break 6-9 hour shift = 2 15 minute breaks According to labour laws in Ontario shouldn’t we get more than that? We should get a 30 minute break for 5 hours consecutive work, two of them if it’s a 9 hour shift. I’m hesitant to bring it up to someone or some labour organization, since it’s probably been going on for over 20 years at the location. What should I do?
