It feels fucked. I don’t have sick leave as my company is <10. So I just had to miss 3 days of work because I had covid. I need those last 3 of 7 days to pay rent, and now I have no vacation pay for the rest of the year. No paid federal holidays. I’ve never worked a job like this before.
