My manager messages me or asks me to call them almost everyday they are working and I’m not. I genuinely don’t care what they need/want since I’m off, but it’s so frustrating getting calls and texts all the time. I have anxiety and constantly being reminded of the hellhole of my job when I’m off doesn’t help. The texts will be,
“Hey can you come in at _?”,
“Please call me as soon as you get this!”,
“Hey have you seen __, couldn’t find it?”
Sometimes I’ll get like 2-3 calls
Any advice? I would block them but I still need to communicate with them sometimes.
