Me and my coworkers have been working hard to get started on unionizing today
It took us a month to get enough support to get submitted for our vote and it was announced to the shop & company today
Work was definitely a little weird. One manager is super pissy about it. Basically ignored all of us. He normally is friendly and says bye to everyone before he leaves. He didn't say anything.
The head manager was in his office all day presumably on the phone with corporate trying to get the busters arranged.
Let's see how this goes.
