That’s the gist lol. I’ve worked here for about two months and put in my two weeks last week for various reasons. Seems I started an avalanche because two other coworkers also submitted their resignations yesterday, and another today, and then another is halfway out the door.
We work in a production warehouse of sorts and conditions are not great. We don’t get paid nearly enough for the 10 hour days, and there are open containers of glue and chemicals all over. Temps can reach almost 100 degrees on bad days because we have an industrial size conveyor dryer running all day and the AC doesn’t work. We also get no breaks besides an unpaid 30 min lunch. Seems like everyone is just fed up. This is gonna totally nuke the boss’s production but ¯_(ツ)_/¯
