So im working a new job as a housekeeper (started the 5th). I missed Tuesday-Friday last week cause i caught the rona. Today while cleaning i missed something on a toilet in one bathroom and the tub of another bathroom. My team lead didnt tell me just went and fixed it herself. When we pulled up to the next location a office worker was waiting and told me im gonna go help another team. We get going and i got taken to the office.
The owner had me sit and talk with her about my poor skills. (Mind you last week a customer called and bragged about me and another girls cleaning) The owner told me i need to do better and its not fair to anyone else to have to pick up my slack. I asked why the team lead didnt tell me cause i would've fixed it and her response was “not everyone is comfortable with that” then proceeded to tell me that tomorrow when i come in i need to be ready to do better and tell her why i deserve the second chance.
I want to throw hands soooo bad fuck this job id quit on the spot if i had a back up and if it weren't for the fact theyll drop my last checks wage to 9$/h
