My manager hates me regardless of what I do, how can I ever find another job?

I've been working at this company for nearly half a decade now. It's not in my field, it was the first part-time job willing to hire me as I was forced to find a job within a day. It's a physically demanding job where as the job in my field is just a simple desk job. I never claim to be a physical worker. Due to complications in my schedule I had to take days of absence at certain times throughout this career. Because of this my manager hates my guts. Even though I literally say yes to every single one of his requests without a second of hesitation for all those years. He still treats me like used toilet paper and a laughing stock and gives me the worst jobs on a day to day basis. I just got back from recovering from the virus. With zero compassion he started me right off with the worst and most physically demanding jobs the company has to offer. Even though I'm still weary, still suffer from constant headaches and still have a perpetual cough. Never once asked how I felt, if I was up for it, he doesn't care in the slightest. Of course I'm looking for a job in my field, but this guy will never give me positive feedback if they ask for it. So how am I going to justify a 5 year gap in my resume?
