I signed up for a 1 year internship which was supposed to end in April according to my offer letter. It's gotten extended through August now without any notice and they're paying me minimum wage to take on FTE responsibilities before they promote me. Is there anything I can do? *more specifically, is there anything I can do in the short term as far as a negotiation strategy for a higher salary?
