Hi! I’m an employee of an out of state contractor that contracts my time to an employer in the state that I live in. My employer was unaware of the fact that my state law says that an employer must offer 3 days of PAID sick leave per year. They also failed to inform me of covid pay when I got covid and worked through covid. Do I have any recourse? Thanks!
