underpaid, raise convo around corner; need advice

I have been with this company for a couple of years, i moved from the store front into the production facility. The original quote for my hourly wage was to match potential tips that I would have recieved in the store front. I have been promoted to shift lead in our production facility, we hired two new people at a higher rate than myself. Im a non-exempt salaried employee, and consistently work 35-40hrs. Our contingency, is if I exceed 40hrs I am due retroactive ot pay. I covered my boss for a week (planned), but have had to continue to triage at work while he's been out sick, not planned, but falls under the expectations of my relationship to him, the company, and my position. Theres too much more to dig into really, my boss and I are the bus factor of 2 for the entire company.

I am not trying doxx anyone,

But I wanna know what I ought to be making here.
