I'm a manager at a startup company where we are 100% remote. This is all I think of when I hear about companies trying to get people back in the office. Hiring is hard and we were 100% remote even before covid and used remote work as a perk. Keep making that mistake you fools… I think we all know that this works just fine and everyone is better off for it. Sorry I just wanted to soap box on this topic
