If we all do this at a large scale it will start to affect the market rate of labor AND we can waste many companies time and money by pointlessly interviewing us. This is the only available counter attack to employers leaving job listings with non-living wages up for years that bring down the market rate of labor. Those unfilled jobs bring down all wages because competitors will try to match those savings even though they are unrealistic. Just go on indeed or monster and apply to everything. Don't fill out a resume or anything except for basic contact info. When they call you ask how much the position pays, and then just say that's not a living wage and hang up. I'm already…

I'm already getting like 20 spam robocalls a day, might as well add 5 – 10 employers I'll say no to a day as well.

When the job sites require a skills test, i just randomly pick answers and they still call you anyways. I've been finding out that having a resume at all actually lowers how many call back you get. If you don't have a resume at all, they are more likely to call you.
