District manager of chain diner sends unqualified, unequipped restaurant employees up to roof in FL heat when the A/C goes down to “see if the fuse popped”. One employee shocked themselves

I work as a kitchen equipment/hvac tech and went to a store when one of the kitchen managers(a middle aged mother of 2) told me she shocked herself on the roof checking the fuse of the A/C. These people are not trained or equipped to be up on the roof in the first damn place. When I tell you I lost. My. Mind. I'm not kidding. She is sending her employees up on the roof to die. Anyone in this field or isn't an idiot can surmise how extremely dangerous that is. And the likelihood of them finding, let alone fixing the issue, is infinitesimal. All to save a buck and not call a company out.
