What inside temp is appropriate when people are working in your home?

Bc it’s set to 82 degrees inside and it’s over 100 outside. I’m doing hard labor, carrying heavy loads up and down stairs. Within the first hour I feel lightheaded, my hair gets so sweaty it’s stuck to my face, and I have sweat dripping down my back. My feet are swimming in sweat in my sandals. I’m wearing minimal lightweight clothing and have my hair up. I get wanting to save money/energy, but this seems excessive if someone is going to be working inside your home and not just sitting empty during the day.
