I work in a kitchen for a major grocery store. It's cramped and I work over 3 fryers and a Double-oven, plus the industrial dishwasher that puts out heat/steam. We have zero air conditioning and its been in the high 90s all week.
I already know this is fucked up, but is this the kind of fucked up I can actually officially complain about? Not to management, because they could care less, but OSHA?
