OPM = Operations manager, WPM = World Plant Manager.
I think my OPM reads reddit, because after posting that, I got a text from him asking if I want to switch shifts, never responded.
I also got an email from HR asking the same thing, and another text from the other shifts supervisor, asking the same thing.
I said “Taking action now with my situation seems a bit late, if this would of happened shortly after reporting my issue, I wouldn't of started job hunting. I am extremely disappointed with how OPM and WPM handled the situation when I reported it to them and their inaction is another major reason I am not coming back”
That was the last message I sent, And they asked again “if we can sort this out so it will be beneficial for all parties”
Oh yes, let me come back after it takes you almost 2 months to even acknowledge there is an issue. /s
Even tho the supervisor on the other shift is cool, management just took way to long to do anything, which is a major red flag in my eyes.
