I wanna tell one of mine he's a fat whale with a shrimp little dick (and a piece of shit.) They lash out all this abuse at us because they know we're on the back foot and need to remain professional. But as none of us can afford housing or luxury living on a customer facing salary; shouldn't it be normalised that we reply with “go fuck yourself” ??? Level of expected professionalism should be the same as level of pay. / rant over.
