I’m in the UK and I earn just above minimum wage so like £10.00, I need to find another job where I can progress but for some strange reason I feel bad for leaving, I can’t get myself to leave I’m like attached to this job. I don’t have a nasty manager either he helps me out and everyone there is chill, I’ve left this place twice and come back, it was my first job but now I’m older I know I need to find a better paying job but I can’t get myself to leave this place
