So he works for this lil business in our town, they bake cakes, work as a cafe etc. They pay him from 10-4 but they expect him there working 20 mins early. Then if they have a lot to do, he has to stay behind and help for free since “we can't afford to pay you” work sucks man, bad business practices are predatory and they pretend to be his family
