(USA) Has your employer retaliated or threatened to retaliate against pro-union employees at work or discriminated them? File an ULP complaint!

If your employer: tried to restrict or ban talk about unions at work, but talking about other topics is allowed fired, threatened to fire or otherwise punish people for supporting a union tried to restrict or ban you from discussing about your working conditions, etc. with other coworkers, but talking about other topics is allowed as well as certain other instances of discrimination, threats, and anti-union behavior This may be unlawful behavior! You will gain benefits such as: reinstated with back pay if fired anti-union rules dropped etc. Also, contact a union and work with a union to unionize your workplace.
